Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to serve you as a member, we never sell it, and we never ask about immigration or citizenship status.

We never ask for, collect or store immigration or citizenship status, and country of origin is always optional.
1. What we collect
- Your name, e-mail address, phone number and billing address when you become a member.
- The number of adults and children covered by a household membership. We do not ask for children’s names or ages at checkout.
- What you choose to tell us in a form, a call-back request, the chat or the voice assistant.
- Basic, aggregated website statistics, such as pages visited and the type of device used.
2. What we never collect
- Immigration, visa or citizenship status.
- Social Security, passport or other government identification numbers.
- Full payment card numbers. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor and never reach our servers.
3. How we use your information
- To create and renew your membership and issue your digital member card.
- To answer your questions and return your calls.
- To tell you about benefits, renewals and changes to your membership.
- To keep the website secure and improve it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
4. Services that process information for us
- Stripe: membership payments.
- Raklet: your member profile and digital card.
- Formaloo: website forms and call-back requests.
- Dialora: the “Talk to us” voice assistant, which connects only when you press the button.
- CardClan: digital greeting and welcome cards.
- Hostinger: website hosting.
- Happierleads and Visitor Tracking: aggregated website statistics.
Each service receives only what it needs to perform its task.
5. Your choices and rights
Every member, wherever they live, may ask us to show, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold, and may unsubscribe from our messages at any time. Write to contact@togetherandstronger.org and we will respond within 30 days.
6. How long we keep information
We keep membership records while your membership is active and for as long as the law requires afterwards. Form and call-back messages are kept only as long as needed to help you.
7. Children
Children under 18 are covered through a parent’s membership. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
