Together and Stronger is a network of independent foreign-born associations — hometown clubs, federations, congregations, unions, professional groups, women's and youth associations, and any organisation built by people who arrived here from somewhere else. Every one keeps its own name, its own officers and its own money.
We guide. We help. We advocate. We negotiate bargains our members could never obtain alone, and we push back against a cost of living that falls hardest on the people who arrived most recently. Our purpose is to make the journey easier, more successful, and more favourable than it was for those who came before.

One membership covers every adult and child in your household. Each person gets their own card and uses the benefits independently.

Every adult and every child gets their own card and uses the benefits independently. No tiers, no upgrade, no upsell — and the price you join at is the price you keep.
Your card is issued the moment you join. Membership renews annually and you can cancel at any time.

No payment today. Tell us how many people are in your household, and we will write to you the week membership opens — and the week each benefit goes live. Nothing else.
Not yet. You can become a member, which costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Paid membership opens once the partner agreements behind the benefits are signed — we will not take a dollar for savings and coverage that do not exist yet. The progress board above shows exactly where we are.
$25 a year per adult, $5 per child. That includes a digital card, which lives on your phone, and a print-at-home card you can make yourself on ordinary cardstock.
If you would rather have a proper printed card mailed to you, that is $10 extra for printing and shipping — $25 in total. Associations can order printed cards in bulk at a lower rate for their members.
That is the our published price and we will tell membership first if it changes.
You should not take it on faith, which is why every benefit on this page carries its real status and why the progress board exists. Two things are genuinely finished today and you can inspect them yourself: the Mutual Aid Compact is published in full, and the Consular Liaison Desk is open and free. Judge us on those.
Never. Not on a membership form, not on any benefit application, not anywhere. There is no field for it and there never will be. No benefit we are building depends on it, and we will not accept a partner who requires it.
No. Together and Stronger is not an insurance company and does not sell, issue or administer insurance. Where insurance appears among the planned benefits, it would be underwritten and issued by licensed carriers who pay to use our name. We would never take a premium or handle a claim. We would never take a premium or handle a claim. The Mutual Aid Compact is also not insurance and creates no right to any payment.
This part is open today, and it is free. Your association names two officers, signs the Compact, and keeps full control of its own bylaws, officers, bank account and members. Founding chapters elect the first Compact Council and set the tier ceilings. Withdraw any time on thirty days' notice with no penalty.
Dues in a membership association of this kind are generally not deductible as charitable contributions. We would rather say so plainly now than have you find out at tax time.
